Lemon tea is a local favourite that every Hong Konger loves. It only gets better on a scorching hot summer day as the tea dances on your tongue and sparkles as it slides down your throat! Ahhh.
In our quest to delight the palate, we joined up with a local artisanal beverage company to recreate a classic with a twist. The humble and reliable lemon tea is given a kick with the addition of carbonation and some sweet love and care. The result is a micro-batch brewed lemon tea soda that tastes familiar yet different—just the way we like it.
